If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our delivery partner to resolve it.

Currently, we do not offer specific delivery time slots. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery services to other regions and will update our customers once this option becomes available.

Local delivery within the UAE usually takes 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

We accept returns and offer refunds only for damaged products or wrong orders. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please contact us immediately at zalcoon@zalcoon.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product or wrong order. We will assist you with the return and exchange process.
